2. What is the cost of help material?
The cost of each released subject is given with the subject itself.
Rates are not listed for "under construction" subjects.
3. Can I get the assignments help material through email?
Yes
4. If i transfer fees through Internet banking (A/c to
A/c transfer) - when i will get the material and what details i should
email?
If money is transferred online through internet banking, the help material
will be emailed within a few working hours after the payment is reflected
in our bank account. But we may take upto 24 hours. After transferring,
a student should email us these details: (his/her full name, amount transferred,
bank branch from where the funds have been transferred, transaction or
confirmation or BIL number (if any), his/her contact number, date of transfer,
his/her city, subjects required).
In case a student does not gets a reply from us within 24 hours ONLY then
he/she should email us or call us again.
5. If i pay through cash in your bank account-
when i will get the material and what details i should email?
We accept cash in our some bank accounts. After depositing cash in our
account, a student should email us these details: (his/her full name,
amount deposited, date & time of deposit, bank branch where cash was
deposited, his/her contact number, his/her city, subjects required). If
a student emails us the scanned copy of the receipt that he/she gets from
the bank after depositing cash, the query will be processed faster and
the help material will be sent through email within a few working hours.
Otherwise we can take 24 hours or more in processing CASH transactions.
In case a student does not gets a reply from us within 24 hours ONLY then
he/she should email us or call us again.
6. If i deposit a cheque in your account- when
i will get the material and what details i should email?
The help material will be emailed after the cheque gets cleared and reflected
in our account. After depositing a cheque, a student should email us these
details: (his/her full name, Cheque amount, Cheque number, his/her contact
number, date of deposit, city in which the cheque is deposited, subjects
required).
7. Can I get FREE Samples of some subjects before
buying?
No.
8. Can I get some discount?
Sorry, our prices are fixed and we don't offer any discounts.
9. Will i get the latest assignments help material?
Yes, we will provide the latest help material. Questions and
samples are given on our website and you must verify before buying.
10. Can I get the assignments help material
through courier?
Yes, you can get the help material in a CD or printed format
through courier. But you will have to pay extra for that.
11. Do you accept credit card ?
No.
12. What is the difference between Internet
banking and Cash deposits?
Online banking (or Internet banking) is a term used for performing transactions,
payments etc. over the Internet through a banks secure website. This allows
customers to do their banking outside of bank hours and from anywhere
where Internet access is available. In most cases a web browser is utilized
and any normal internet connection is suitable. No special software or
hardware is usually needed.
Cash Deposits means a customer will visit the bank branch and deposit
cash at cash counter.
13. Can i change the subject required after
making the payment?
Yes, you can change your subject requirement after making the payment.
But you have to specify us a solid reason for it. Subject change will only be allowed in case you have made a typing error. Email us your changed
subject. We will only allow you to change one (1) subject. Multiple subject
changes will not be allowed. If your previous request through email or
phone has already been processed and the material already sent then we
will not send changed subject.
Some students after receiving the help material through
email say that by mistake they asked so and so subject or it was their
typing error and now they want to change it. After we have sent material
based on a student request, we will not entertain any such queries.
14. I need refund? What should i do?
We have a NO refund policy. You MUST check subject availability, questions/samples, etc before buying.
15. I want to buy some subjects from
you. Can I buy subjects one by one?
We avoid small transactions in our bank account. We recommend that you
check subject availability status on our website and buy your subjects
together if they are listed as "available". You can buy subjects
one by one also. We give least preference to queries of students buying
subjects one by one. We will reply after 48 or 72 hours to those who make
small transactions again and again in our account in a single semester
for buying subjects 1 by 1 (one by one).
16. I have emailed a query to you
but i have not received any reply from you. Why?
There are several reasons why you might not be getting our reply. Following
are some:
- The most common reason is our reply emails may be entering your junk
or bulk or spam mail folders instead of inbox. The solution is to add
our email IDs to your contacts or safe list.
- Network delays or loss - this is common on Internet
- Are you contacting us through your company email ID? Some companies
filter emails and our reply may not reach your inbox. Contact us through
any alternate email ID if you are not getting a reply from us.
17. I have bought a subject from you,
can i get Free answer(s) for any other subject?
Some students email us that they have bought a subject from us and they
need 1 or more free answer(s) for some other subject that they are unable
to complete. We don't provide any Free answers. Do not email us such queries,
we will not reply to such queries.
18. What are your content accuracy
levels?
We at UTP try to provide the best content to our users but we do not guarantee
accuracy levels.
19. Will i get unique content?
We will provide same content to all students. No one can provide
you unique content at the prices listed on our website.
20. I paid for several subjects together but i have received only a few?
Sometimes we send subjects in parts (one by one) after every few days. In case we send in parts, we will specify it to the student in a confirmation email.

do?
