| Centurion Bank of Punjab is a new generation private
sector bank offering a wide spectrum of retail, SME and corporate
banking products and services. It has been among the earliest banks
to offer a technology-enabled customer interface that provides easy
access and superior customer service.
This project deals with the preparation of list of exporters and
importers in different categories and also assessing the market
potential of trade financial products offered by the banks. For
the assessment of the market potential of the trade financial products
a questionnaire was prepared on a Likert Scale basis to know the
requirements of the customers from the bank.
