The project is all about studying the retail operations,
through observations & analysis. Retail operations, as the term
in itself suggests, would include every aspect of retailing starting
from selling to logistics & distribution, Administration, Marketing
(visual merchandising, loyalty programs), Information Technology,
Accounting, Human Resource Management, Operations, and in the end
competition analysis. It would include a detailed analysis & practical
involvement in the promotional tools & measures being used by
the company.
